Q. What time do doors open?
Q. Does my 2 year old child need to register?
A. Children 2 and under can get in free as long as you agree that they will sit in your lap for the entire concert. If they will need a seat then they will need a ticket purchased for them.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. There is handicap seating down front. Please ask a security/usher volunteer for help in finding them.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. It is all seating.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Seats are chosen on a first come first serve basis. Arrive early for best choice of seats.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No food or drinks will be allowed in the auditorium.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Advance tickets are offered at a discount of $23 for individual tickets and advance groups of 10 or more are offered at $20. All Tickets at the door no matter the number, will be $25 a piece.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Street Parking is available, parking is also available on campus, and in a small parking lot across the street from the venue.
Q. Why are the online tickets $2 more expensive than the hard copy tickets?
A. The fees result from a $1 fee for for the online ticket agency and a $1 fee to help cover the credit card processing fee and concert costs.
Q. Will tickets be available at the door.
A. No tickets will be reserved for at the door purchase. Tickets at the door will only be available if the concert does not sell out in advance. We will have start a waiting list if the concert does sell out. And we will contact the listeners on that list in the order they've been added if tickets do become available on the day of the show.
Q. Can I reserve my tickets and then pick them up at the door.
A. Payment must be received before tickets will be reserved. Payment can be mailed in and, if tickets are still available when we receive your check, we can reserve them for at the door pickup.
Q. Can you re-sell my tickets for me if something comes up and I can't attend the concert.
A. You may sell your tickets for their face value at the door or you may turn them back in to the station so others can attend but the stations can not resell your unused tickets and reimburse you for that purchase. *See ticket terms and conditions here.
